Cheese Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb) block Queso Blanco (with jalapenos) Velveeta or similar, cubed
- 1 (16 oz) package Hot pork sausage
- 1 jalapeno diced
- 1 (14 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chiles

Prep 5 minutes | Cook Time 1.5- 2 hours | Serves 8-10 as an appetizer
Directions
- Preheat your grill or smoker. In a cast-iron or aluminum pan, break up the pork sausage.
- Close the lid and cook for about 45 minutes to an hour at 225°F, or until the sausage is fully cooked. Cooking times may vary; you can cook at a higher temperature for faster cooking times.
- Once the sausage is done, add the remaining ingredients, close the lid, and let it cook for an additional 30 minutes at 225°F.
- Afterward, stir the mixture and increase the temperature to 350°F. Continue cooking for another 30 minutes, or until everything is completely melted.
- Serve with chips or pretzels.
