Flavors of Hawai'i – Authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice is our latest addition to our food truck list. We discovered this deliciousness at the Rock for Rescues event in Milton last month and couldn't be happier. This is absolutely the amazing shaved ice that I remembered from my high school and college time in Hawaii. The most authentic shave ice off the islands that I have had yet.

It's no wonder that the OG food truck is on here. If you find yourself in the mood for a frozen treat, after enjoying some of the delicious offerings other area food trucks have to offer, head over to King of Pops. King of Pops was dishing out popsicle before anyone had even coined the phrase food truck. Their trucks are packed with popsicles, hundreds of flavors strong… almost every one imaginable. The company also features a selection of “poptails,” alcoholic beverages with a popsicle tucked inside the cup. I highly recommend the Chocolate Sea Salt popsicle. I can't tell you about anything else because this is all I ever get!
