As a mother of three children, and three dogs and a business owner, stress and lack of sleep seem to be things that happen regularly. I am always trying to manage my stress and one of the things I do for my stress is to get a good night's sleep. I always try to get a good night's sleep but that doesn't work out for me for some reason. My wellness journey began around 5 years ago when I started to lose weight. This is a tough one for me but I have been working hard to ditch the electronics at least 30 minutes before I go to bed. I leave them in the kitchen charging rather than on my nightstand which makes it too easy to check emails or social media.
