Using Skype During Travel

You know by know how much I use and love Skype.

I use it constantly. I use it for business. I use it for personal. And I use it in multiple ways.

I also travel a lot for both personal and business reasons. When we travel as a family, Skype helps us keep in touch with our loved ones back home.

When I travel for business, Skype helps me stay connected to my family back home. I love nothing more than seeing the sweet faces of my children after a long day when I am on a business trip. My family keeps me grounded and being able to Skype constantly with my family is something I truly appreciate.

In fact, my kids schedule chats with me and they make certain that everyone will be home and available so that we can have our family time no matter where we are at in the world. We do the same thing when we travel and contact family back home.

Although parenting from long distance is certainly not my preference, Skype definitely makes it easier helping me to stay constantly connect with friends and family. I can even carryon on chats with business associates which leaves a record that I can frequently reference.

I love Skype and if you haven't check it out, you really should. We all want our lives to be simpler and Skype can help you do this in variety of ways.

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Skype. I received Skype credits to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.

I love Skype. I used it when I travelled to Europe, and was able to save money on international calls.

  3. I have been seriously considering using Skype as our “home” phone service. I’ve always wondered about the quality though but it sounds as if that is something I don’t need to worry about. 🙂
