Trolls Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup milk
• bright colored cupcake liners
• cake decorating tips
• food coloring
• frosting in a variety of colors: I used Pink, Orange and Purple but I think ANY of the fun colors will work!
• Wilton Candy Flower Sprinkles
• disposable piping bags
• medium open star frosting tips
• cotton candy for troll hair, if available

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a 12 count muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. Combine the cupcake ingredients, mixing well.
3. Fill each cupcake tin about 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 20-23 minutes.
5. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
6. Fill each piping bag with frosting and attach the tips.
7. Generously frost each cupcake and top with flower sprinkles.
