5 Tips for Keeping Your Smile Healthy

2. Floss: It's annoying to have food caught between your teeth, so I make a point to floss once a day to remove food where a brush just can’t reach.
3. Visit a dentist regularly: To keep your mouth healthy it's important to visit a dentist regularly.
4. Chew Trident sugar-free gum: I always keep a pack of Trident sugar-free gum with me. Four out of five dentists would recommend Trident – they must know what they're talking about…
5. SMILE! Confidence is everything: I get to meet a lot of amazing fans at games, so I have to practice my smile. Everyone looks better when they flash a big smile.
