Recipe for Mango Chutney
Tangy Twist on Tradition: Easy Homemade Mango Chutney
We're all about throwing down for our peeps! We love having folks over and getting the party started. But the real fun comes from inventing new recipes or putting a fresh spin on classics, which is exactly what we did this past Memorial Day. We wanted to fire up the grill, but also keep it chill with finger foods. So, pork was the clear winner.
Last weekend, my hubby and I concocted the perfect sandwich – it's all about grab-and-go goodness! No muss, no fuss, just pure mingling and good times. What's not to love? We hope this Mango Chutney recipe gets your creative juices flowing for your next shindig!

- While the grill is heating, Cut the mango and peaches into approximately ½ inch cubes. Place the mango, peaches, ginger, marmalade, sugar, salt, and water into a saucepan. Cook over a medium heat.
- The Chutney is done when the fruit is soft and the liquid has thickened. Remove from the flame and stir in the chopped mint. Reserve.
