Stacie, I stayed at this hotel for the whole of Jazzfest. You mentioned that Wi Fi is conveniently located in the Business Center. I must correct you here as amongst the many fantastic features of this hotel was free, fast and powerful wifi throughout the establishment. The business center provided free desktop access for those who needed it.
