A lot of women love to bleach, color, and heat style our hair because well, we want it to look good. However, sometimes when you do too much of these things your hair can become damaged, and trust me the damage can build up extremely fast. One day your hair might be just a little bit damaged, and then all of a sudden, you have extremely damaged hair and are at risk of having to cut it all off.
Some people think you can reverse split ends, but that is honestly not possible. Once your hair strand is broken, there is no mending it back together. All you can do it cut that off, that’s why you want to handle split ends right away because if you don’t, that small split end can split up your entire hair shaft causing it to become extremely damaged, and resulting in you to have to…that’s right! Cut it off! So in order to prevent damage and keep your hair in the healthiest condition, here are some tips:
When we do things like put color and heat on our hair, sometimes our hair gets a bit tired and dry. Then it ends up needing a good revival, that’s what a deep conditioner does for your hair. You should own two separate deep conditioners, one that contains keratin and one that contains protein. You need two because it is essential to your hair to have keratin as well as protein, however too much of either of your hair can be EXTREMELY damaging to your hair. These things are good in moderation. For example, if you put too much protein in your hair, it actually breaks down the hair strand because it gets too heavily filled with the proteins causing it to become very weak and break off. So, this being said you should have two deep conditioners and alternate them week by week to keep your hair in a good balance of health.

The Trim your hair regularly is a great tip to follow, keeps your hair from split ends, and also protecting your hair from heat is so important, i always use a heat protectent products when using a blow dryer and flat iron.
I agree with you that Avoid blow drying. which is minimal heat even no heat on your hair and protect if from damage.
I don’t really do deep condition to my hair always and you mentioned to do it weekly but I follow all required things to stay at safe side. Good tips.
The difference between the hair in the left and right of the picture is astonishing. We really need to deep condition our hair at least once a week. I generally use a wide-tooth comb if I need to comb my hair when wet (mainly to detangle it)
Thanks for this great and informational post . I have never seen such a helpful tips for hair care . I think hot tools damage our hair mostly . I am not a profession stylist so I don’t know use them perfectly . I had cheap hair dryer and it damaged my hair too . My hair dresser adviced me other hair dryer . Now I use it more effectively .
I used to follow a lot of tricks and tips and I just keep damaging my hair even more. I think I’m gonna give your tips a try. Thanks
Great tips; I think once you get to a point where the’s tons of damage and split ends, there isn’t really a whole lot you can do except trim it off but prevention really is key here.
Cutting down on heat styling also helps. My hair has been so much healthier once I stopped blow drying and let my hair dry naturally.
I have read your post, it was very helpful to me.
I need to take care of my hair more.
Thank you for sharing the post.
