Go Red Before Bed with the Tart Cherry Juice 14-Day Sleep Challenge
This has been an interesting challenge. Cherry Juice is something that I had never tried before. I have to admit that Tart Cherry Juice is just that…TART. But I was optimistic because I can always use help getting a better night's sleep.
SLEEPING BETTER WITH TART CHERRY JUICE
BEFORE
Before starting the challenge, I always seemed to have a tough time falling asleep. I often work right until bedtime and when I try to go to sleep, my mind is most often in work mode. I also like to watch television when falling asleep although I have been doing that less and less. I have always called myself an insomniac and honestly I really am. However, I also recognize that I don't always do the right things to make myself tired or relax enough to go to sleep each night. I am also a night owl which doesn't help.
AFTER
After two weeks on the Tart Cherry Sleep Challenge I have to say that I am doing much better. After drinking cherry juice every single night before going to sleep, I have noticed several things. First, I tend to stay asleep the entire night which is actually pretty amazing! That NEVER happened before.
I am also getting a consistent seven hours of sleep. Uninterrupted sleep every single night. This is absolutely wonderful. I have more energy. I am way more productive. Overall, I am just feeling much better.

Interesting that tart cherry can be used as a sleep aid – it’s not something I’d be able to ingest – my stomach couldn’t handle it. But for those who can – it’s better than putting artificial chemicals in the body.
