My son really liked it. He liked that it didn't taste like medicine and that it had a chocolate taste. I tried it myself and I honestly thought that it was the best tasting kids medicine around.

My youngest child ended up taking it as well when she came down with a cold and she loved it. This is huge because we usually have to hold her down. But she actually gave herself the medicine with the ergonomic spoon that comes with each bottle.

We will definitely by Dr. Cocoa again. I always like having medicine on hand especially when the weather changes. The chocolate flavor makes my kids happy and the fact that they are getting the medicine they need makes me happy.
