Easy Creamy Chicken Pesto Pasta Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 bag Barilla Ready Pasta
- 1/2 cup cream
- 3/4 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 tbsp pesto
- 2 tbsp chopped tomato
- pepper to taste
Directions
- Cook pasta according to the directions on the box.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the cream and chicken in a saute pan over high heat. When the cream begins to boil, turn down the heat and stir in the pesto.
- Add the pasta and toss well to coat.
- Plate the dish. Top with tomatoes, pepper, and Parmesan cheese (option).
