THE LOOK

The appearance of the speaker is stylish, elegant and sleek with smooth, black exterior. It stands 6.5 inches tall, is 11.6 inches wide and weighs 6.6 pounds. Completely wireless, the speaker stands alone and will fit into the decor of any room.

The Heos 5 Wireless Speaker is compatible with several kinds of mobile devices. This includes all the popular Apple products, Mach products and SanDisk products. Connectivity and setup is extremely easy. Though the speaker is wireless, it does have an ethernet and a usb port for wired connectivity. It can also be connected by an app that can be downloaded and through a Wifi connection.

THE SOUND

The sound produced by this speaker is both high impact and full range HiFi. The sound is created by 2 tweeters, dual mid-woofer and a passive radiator. The tweeters are custom designed to provide a detailed wide range of sound. The dual mid-woofers work with the tweeters to deliver radiant, clear highs and lows. The speakers and the passive radiator receive power from four Class-D amplifiers that are dedicated.

THE PERFORMANCE

The Heos 5 Wireless Speaker is ideal for medium to large rooms. Full sound clarity can be achieved in rooms like large bedrooms, offices, average sized living rooms and dining rooms. The sound has been said to be able to amplify to ever corner of the room in which it is played.
