We recently had the chance to dive into a new kids' series from Amazon Studios called Annedroids! About Annedroids

Annedroids is Amazon Studios’ third original kids series, is aimed at children ages 4-7 and will debut on July 25th on Prime Instant Video. Annedroids is a science based-action adventure series that follows eleven-old genius and kid-scientist Anne, who has invented and built her own amazing androids, and her friends and kid assistants Nick and Shania. Together the kid trio make amazing scientific discoveries while undertaking the biggest experiment of all: growing up.

Emmy-nominated JJ Johnson (of Dino Dan fame) and Sinking Ship Entertainment teamed up to create Annedroids, a live-action adventure aimed at 4-7 year olds.

The show follows a brilliant young girl named Anne, her human friends, and their awesome robot helpers. Together, they embark on incredible scientific adventures, all while navigating the biggest experiment of all: growing up!

The talented cast includes Addison Holley (from Daniel Tiger's Neighborhood) as Anne, Adrianna Di Liello (Stage Fright) as her friend Shania, and Jadiel Dowlin playing Nick.

Annedroids and other Amazon kids shows? Genius! Every episode is designed to spark creativity, and it works! Amazon gets it – they want to inspire lifelong learners with skills for future success. That's why I feel good about my kids watching their shows.

Plus, Amazon keeps the fun going! This summer they released even more: Tumble Leaf, a stop-motion science adventure, and Creative Galaxy, an interactive art experience for preschoolers.

Our thoughts on Annedroids

We were surprised! The whole family loved Annedroids, even my husband! Sure, the video game subplot wasn't perfect, but overall it's a really engaging show. The kids were hooked – they begged to watch every episode as soon as they were released!
