Breast health is extremely important in all women and it is never too early to begin paying attention to your breasts and checking them for any irregularities. It is important to check your breasts for any strange feelings or looks at least once a month, do not put it off until you go to your annual check up. Now, there are many things that can affect our breasts such as going through puberty, your monthly menstrual cycle, and even menopause but the more familiar you become with your breasts the more likely you will be able to distinguish the difference between a simple change in size or shape during your cycle or something that is truly serious and that should be checked out.
I know personally that during my time of the month, I do get some cramping and pain within my breasts and it definitely makes the experience even more uncomfortable than it already is on it's own. I've tried so many different options to take away the pain including using Advil and applying a heating pad…nothing seems to work for me! I bet you didn't know that breast pain actually had a name, breast pain can be referred to as “Fibrocystic Breast Condition” and the cause of this condition is a deficiency of iodine in the body. This is what Violet works to prevent. When I heard about Violet, I knew it was an absolute must to try this out! breast pain.
Violet is similar to a daily vitamin for women. It is a pill that you take once a day and it promotes healthy breasts and to alleviate some of that monthly breast pain. I absolutely knew I had to give this a shot because I really wanted to find something to take away those monthly pains. So, I have been using Violet for a while now and I think it has completely changed my entire menstrual experience. This product has dramatically reduced the monthly breast pain that I had. I could not be any happier with this product, it definitely does the job it is supposed to do.
If you are struggling with breast pain of any kind, I would highly recommend picking up Violet.
You are able to find Violet at local drugstores such as CVS, or health care stores like The Vitamin Shoppe, and of course on the Violet website.
$19.99 at select CVS stores; click here for a CVS store near you (not available online)

I don’t experience any monthly changes with my breasts, but I know so many people who do. Glad there is something to help!!!
I didn’t know these even existed! What a great way to ease discomfort!
I have never heard of this product before. Sounds like it could help a lot of women. I have PCOS, so my hormones and menstrual cycle are completely out of whack.
I have never seen Violet before. Sounds like it will be really helpful for people who struggle with pre-menstrual breast pain.
I have never heard of this. I have a long line of breast cancer in my family so it is so important to be aware.

I’ve looked into this. I could use it- seems really helpful!
I thought that was normal and “came with the territory”, I didn’t know it was because our body was missing iodine. That’s so interesting. My breasts always hurt during my cycle, I think even worse because I’m breastfeeding my son. I’ll definitely check into this and see if it’s right for me.
Well I’m in menopause but I so would have loved something like Violet when I was menstruating. It’s nice that they have things to help women with the discomforts associated with that time of the month.
This sounds like a product I could use. I’ve never heard of it before. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for taking on a subject people are nervous to speak about but many probably would benefit from! Very informative.
