Boost Kid Essentials
I am excited to be a part of a new program with Boost Kid Essentials. I have active, healthy children who sometimes need a little boost when it comes to nutrition. Especially my youngest...
Breakfast is one of the most important meals of the day. It is so important that my husband and I are fanatics about getting all three of our children to eat breakfast every single day of the week.
On weekends, we love having a leisurely breakfast on both Saturday and Sunday. We usually go out to eat one day each weekend and then we cook breakfast as a family. My husband and I love cooking with the kids. It gives us a chance to connect as a family and we love teaching our kids how to make things. They love it, too.
Kellogg’s® and their breakfast brigade came up with this brand new campaign that encourages families to forever change how they eat cereal and think outside the cereal box. They have partnered with inventive chefs and culinary influencers to delight breakfast lovers’ taste buds and came up with 50 recipes to inspire new breakfast.
From MasterChef Judge Christina Tosi, to the dynamic chefs featured at this year’s Taste Talks festivals in Brooklyn and Chicago, to talented foodie influencers featured on an array of cutting-edge digital media and content platforms such as Tongal, Philo Media, TasteMade and Meredith Xcelerated Marketing (a part of Meredith Corporation), each member of this culinary crew has created inventive new recipes using Kellogg’s cereal.
Check out the video where three chefs are competing for the 1st prize for their delicious breakfast recipes, combining different ingredients with famous Kellogg’s cereal. You can watch it here:

I am a cereal nut so anything that has to do with cereal I am all over! These are some great creations!
I never knew that we could create a lot of recipes from the Kellogg’s rice krispies and raisin bran. I’ve always love its line of products since we were kids.
I’ve got to get out of my cereal rut and sir up breakfast. I’d love to try several of your combinations and I’m sure they’ll be a hit. I love cereal so much, one could say I’m a “cereal” killer. 🙂
I don’t eat cereal too often but my kids and husband does. Thanks for these great ideas.
I’m a big fan of Kellogg’s products since I was still a child. I’m happy to see they still thrive.
These are great ideas that I should totally use to get myself in the habit of eating breakfast. I am not a fan of breakfast – but like you, I do make my kids eat a healthy one.
What wonderful ways to jazz up your favorite cereals. My family will love this. I will try all this.
These are great way to change up breakfast. I want to try the Corn Flakes® Chilaquiles first.
I love using cereal in a lot of different recipes. I think it may be one of the most versatile ingredients. I love to serve them at my daughter’s school for class parties too!
I use to eat a lot of cereal, and I love all of those combination ideas. I never would have thought to do that with my cereal.
These are great ideas! I need a new set of breakfast ideas for my boys and I’m going to list these right this moment. Thank you!
The Corn Flakes Chilaquiles sounds delicious! I rarely ever have time in the morning for breakfast during the week.
My husband loves adding fruit to his cereal. I will have to show him this.
I agree Breakfast is one of the most important meal & skipping it can lead to many health issues. So I always make sure to come up with the best food for breakfast to my family. I am loving all those breakfast combos suggested & would love to try it sometime.
I mix a lot of breakfast with yogurt and cereal. Add fresh fruit and I’m off for the day running!
