How To Change Your Eating Habits
How To Change Your Eating Habits Do you know how to change eating habits permanently? Eating healthy in the summer is something that comes naturally for many people without them even noticing the healthy...
Do you remember the last time that you changed your toothbrush?
No? Then it is definitely time to get a new one.
Yes? If it has been less than three months, great job! But if you are like the rest of us and it has been over three months, it is definitely time to get a new one.
Did you know that Invisible Nasties could be lurking on your toothbrush?
“Germs and bacteria, or invisible nasties as we call them, can be a real danger to your smile. Dentists recommend that you change your toothbrush every three months. Studies show that after three months of normal wear and tear toothbrushes are much less effective at removing plaque from teeth and gums.”
Colgate offers some great Toothbrush Tips that every family should follow. Check them out!
Also check out the Whrrl below where my kids brought their vision of #InvisibleNasties to life. This is your chance to see what could be lurking on your toothbrush.
WARNING: It may scare you into replacing your toothbrush immediately!!
Disclosure: Collective Bias and Colgate provided us with a stipend to replace our toothbrushes plus to create these #InvisibleNasties to scare kids and adults everywhere.

I think if we all knew what was lurking around we would be horrified whether it be on our doorknobs, our faucets, our hotel room beds or our toothbrushes! I’ve seen what poor oral care can do and I’ve made a resolution not to let that happen to me to the best of my ability. So, changing your toothbrush is among my list of “do’s”!
