Best Breakfast & Brunch at Disney World
For most families, the extra experiences and special meal times at Disney World make all the difference in the whole experience. Depending on the type of day you are planning at Disney, a special meal early on in the day can be the best choice. Not only does a hearty meal set you up for the day, but it is a great way to kick off a magical day in the parks for children and the young at heart. The popularity of these meals and all around events make it necessary to book a reservation well in advance, but even if you are not able to plan far ahead there are several places to plan on for an incredible experience. I present to you the best breakfast & brunch at Disney World:
KONA CAFE AT THE POLYNESIAN
For an exotic breakfast destination, let the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian Resort take you away to the shores of Hawaii. Kona breakfasts feature fresh tropical fruit, and tropical fruit pairings that you will always want on your plate when at Disney. The Tonga Toast and Pineapple Pancakes are the stars at Kona, but everyone is a fan of the Mickey Mouse shaped waffles that you can get here.
RAGLAN ROAD IRISH PUB
For a hearty affair, the brunch at the lively Raglan Road Irish Pub is a meat eater’s dream meal. Known as the Rollicking Raglan Sunday Brunch, this is a themed and well laid out affair in the heart of Downtown Disney, making it another no ticket option. Set up like an actual Irish pub, Raglan’s brunch is a homey, hearty meal of traditional meat and potatoes, done up with Egg’s Benedict and and black pudding options. If you have a large party, or want a casual family meal, this is the best choice in the parks.
LANDSCAPE OF FLAVORS
If you are on a budget but still want a fantastic Disney breakfast experience, Landscape of Flavors is part of the Art of Animation Resort, and can be added to the meal plan or booked separately. Families like this restaurant because of the custom choices that guests are given, and the attention to allergy alternatives that are offered. Additionally, the character themes here are not always Mickey Mouse so fans of princesses, Cars and other characters will be delighted by the themed dishes.
KOUZZINA AT BOARDWALK
Brunch at Kouzzina can be had at Disney’s Boardwalk, so even if you are not in the park you can make a reservation and enjoy a little Disney here. Iron Chef, Cat Cora, designed the menus here with a Mediterranean inspiration and everything on the menu is worthy of Pinterest and becoming a favorite Disney meal. Choices range from the elegantly plated skillet breakfast complete with artichoke spread or to die for waffles that feature a famous mascarpone topping.
CINDERELLA'S ROYAL TABLE
For most young children, and huge Disney fans, dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom is the experience of a lifetime. Everyone that comes through the doors of the Castle is treated like royalty and enjoys a fine dining experience in the company of the Disney princesses. You can enjoy everything from a traditional to a sumptuous breakfast, but if you are going to toast OJ filled champagne glasses, it might as well be while dining in a castle.

We’ve never tried any dining or restaurant place in Disney when we went there few years ago. We anticipated a high cost since it is inside the DW premises.
We have yet to visit Disney, although we have discussed going so many times. The kids would get a huge kick out of it and I know I would love it too. This looks like such an amazing experience.
I didn’t like the hotel we stayed at when we visited Disney World. A bed and breakfast would probably suit me better.
My husband would love the Raglan Road Irish Pub. He loves the hearty Irish fare they offer.
I haven’t eaten her but I’ll check it out on my next trip. I love Disney and good food and so do the grand kids.
We never ate breakfast when we went to Disney. That is one meal that we decided to try to eat as cheaply as possible but I think next time a fun character breakfast is a must.
I haven’t been to Disney World yet, but we’re talking about going! My boyfriends family owns a condo near there, so we’d at least save on hotel!
