Last year was my first visit ever visit to Puerto Rico. I had thought about visiting before, had lots of friends tell me that it was amazing but for some reason, a visit just never worked out in my travels. Until last year.
Puerto Rico was one of the Ports of Call (stops) that our cruise ship was making during our week long cruise. I began to research much like I do before taking any vacation. The first thing that I did was visit SeePuertoRico.com and then start planning my trip.

I would love to see the Museum of Contemporary Art! I would also love to use the Rocaliza Adventure Tours, Corp, to have a wonderful adventure! I would love to see Old San Juan and go to El Escambrón Beach Park. I really enjoyed looking around the website and mentally planning my dream trip. It has been my lifelong dream to go to Puerto Rico. When I was a child, we supported missionaries from there, and I have been fascinated with it ever since. Thank you for this chance! It would be a dream come true!

I love that you don’t need a passport or to convert currency! And, of course, that it’s beautiful.
The hubby and I are celebrating our 10th anniversary next week and don’t have any plans. We always talked about taking a trip, and something like this would be perfect!

What an unbelievably beautiful place! I didn’t realize a passport wasn’t required although I should have. All the same, that’s a really big perk to visiting as far as I’m concerned.
Wow, you got to see a lot of Puerto Rico when you were there! We spent most of our time in the forest on the ziplines, so we didn’t get to see very much of the city. I can’t wait to go back and do some more exploring! I would love to go back and see the beaches and spend an afternoon visiting the historical landmarks in San Juan!
So beautiful my fears of planes keeps me from exploring the world and I hope to get over that one day. I love the pictures and the architect so pretty and different.

We’re actually researching a trip to Puerto Rico! We would love the beaches and swimming most of all.
I have been to Puerto Rico a number of times. I’ve done many of the things you mention, but have never gone to the rainforest and would love to try that.
Our cruise ship JUST stopped in San juan, and unfortunately, we were Swamped out with rain, but we had lunch at the restaurant that originated the Pina Colada – it was delicious!
This looks like an AMAZING trip! I’ve never been to Puerto Rico but I’ve always heard such amazing things about it.

I would LOVE to go snorkeling at Playa Tamarindo. Seeing a stingray or sea turtle would totally make the trip to Puerto Rico worth it!

I’m such a beach girl. I’d be excited to see Puerto Rico’s beaches! I’d love to visit Puerto Rico! So convenient that passports aren’t needed. Like Liz, I should have realized that before, but it never occurred to me until you mentioned it.
Just typing “visiting the rainforest in Puerto Rico” generates excitement- I’m ready to go! My husband would adore touring historic San Juan as he is definitely a History buff. I could live with lying on those beautiful beaches though too…
I think the first thing I would want to see is the beaches. I always daydream of the beautiful beaches and would love to visit Puerto Rico and bring my camera to capture the memories.
I’m glad that you were able to visit and enjoy all that Puerto Rico has to offer. I’ve been to Jamaica countless times and I have family there too. The Caribbean is absolutely beautiful!
I would have to say out of all the adventures I would love to go zip-lining over a high forest canopy! Oh the sights I would see and I would definitely be living in the moment! I would love to win this trip and would welcome a much-needed break from my hectic life! Puerto Rico sounds fabulous! I’ve never been and would love to go!
I love Puerto Rico. It’s been a while since I’ve been there and would love to go back. I loved visiting Old San Juan and love the open-ness of the city.
My favorite amenities would have to be the zipling, caving adventures, and waterfall rappelling! 🙂

I would love to go to El Yunque Rainforest park, relax at La Monserrate Beach Park and enjoy the wonderful food in Old San Juan.

We visited PR last year and went to Rincon where my friend lives and we loved the beaches and also Aguada where the palm tree lined coast if gorgeous. We love mofongo and other PR food. The surfing is incredible we don’t surf, but just watching was awesome. I took a Horse ride on the beach and it was fantastic. There is nothing about PR that I don’t like… the people are friendly, the music makes you want to dance. The sightseeing is plentiful. I would love to take another trip to Ponce and visit San Juan as well… since we didn’t get to do that.
