Avoiding Extracurricular Activity Burnout

A while ago I was a mamavation mom. And I loved it. But I have been kind of hiding out lately because once the campaign ended, I kind of fell off the wagon. It wasn't a long fall but enough of one that I just didn't feel great about jumping back in.
For a while now, I have known that I needed to make a change. I need to get back to that mamavation lifestyle that I did so well at before. I knew that I could do it but I needed a little push to get started.
Enter the #IHeartOmron Fitness Challenge.
