My blog is about living the good life. I strive to achieve that goal in every aspect of my life. My family and I truly live the good life. For me, living the good life is about saving money wherever I can to spend in the areas I need to spend in. No place is that more true than when it comes to groceries and grocery shopping. We hope that this Aldi Shopping Tips post inspires you.
Aldi Shopping Tips
I used to go to three or four different stores after spending hours scouring all of the sales flyers. I would match up coupons and then head to each store spending even more time getting all of the items that we needed. All of this was in the name of saving money and getting a good deal. This was until I discovered Aldi. ALDI was “founded on the belief that people, wherever they live, should have the opportunity to buy everyday groceries of the highest quality at the lowest possible prices.”
When it comes to my family, while I will not cut corners, I am always happy to cut costs. ALDI helps me do that. ALDI helps me shop smarter and save money. Aldi is a treasure trove of savings and unique finds, but it can also be a bit of a whirlwind for newbies. Below are tips to help you make the most of your next Aldi shopping trip.

Aldi Aisle of Shame
They even have some cool special buys at Aldi affectionately referred to by Aldi enthusiasts as the Aldi Aisle of Shame. However, no shame here because it's all in good fun! Three years ago, I scored an inflatable water slide for my kids that was the highlight of our Summer. And in just a few weeks, we are bringing the slide back out for yet another Summer of fun. Last weekend we performed an Earth Day service project at my kid’s school, I was able to pick up a bunch of the gardening supplies at ALDI for much less than I could have found them anywhere else. Check out the Aldi Aisle of Shame Facebook group for up-to-the-minute details on what's available.

I have to admit that I haven’t been to Aldi’s in some time- not because I don’t like them, but because they are 5 miles out of the way. Like you, I used to do the coupon thing running all over town, but with the price of gas it started making no sense to go to more than one store unless there was some HUGE savings to prompt me to go.
I also use checks (shudder) and they don’t take them- just cash or credit/debit. I never know how much I am going to buy, and just don’t much use a debit card. Despite that though, they are a nice clean store and next time I go shopping I may have to reconsider them again… in fact their sales flier is in my Sunday paper!
We go to Aldi all the time! We love their fruit, snacks for kids, and cereal. We really save a lot of money by shopping at Aldi.
I’ve never been to Aldi, I guess I didn’t realize what it was all about. We are members of Costco, but from your review I think we need to visit Aldi Thank you for all the info. It’s great that we can find out about places that have good prices on your blog

I’m in Central Texas and we don’t have Aldi here. But I too know the feeling of running around to several different stores to get the best prices on items my family needs. We just did it today with a trip to Target on my lunch hour! Good thing I’m trying to watch what I’m eating these days or I may have had a problem being out and about on my lunch hour instead of eating the lunch I brought. (Therefore, all this shopping is hazardous to my health 🙂
