We love cooking at our house. My husband is a former chef and we both spent our entire careers in the restaurant industry in various capacities. We love experimenting with new recipes and that includes trying new spices or even old spices in a new way. I was excited to participate in this blog tour about spices. We were going to bake something sweet until we saw the recipe for pork. The moment we saw that one, my husband and I knew that was the recipe we would adapt and make into our own.
