Slim Fast Shakes Review

I have been a Slim Fast lover for years. I have lost weight several times on the program and was very excited to see that they improved the taste even more.

Each Slim-Fast shake contains 10 grams of protein and 5g of fiber in addition to 24 essential vitamins and minerals. In addition to my favorite flavor, the Rich Chocolate Royale, the other flavors are:

The texture of the new Slim Fast formula is smooth and not at all chalky like some weight loss drinks. Slim Fast tastes like thick, chocolate milk and unlike the old aluminum cans, the new Slim-Fast bottle has a cap that can be screwed right back on if you need to finish your shake later which I often need to do. I also love the plastic as I could always “taste the can” with the old formula as well.
